Group of friends talking and laughing

Community groups and charities use membership cards to thank supporters, identify volunteers and run Friends schemes. Small print runs keep the cost low, and a plastic card gives your organisation a professional face.

Supporter and Friends cards

Give regular donors or Friends members a card with your logo and their member number. Add the benefits on the back, such as free entry, a newsletter or event invitations.

Volunteer ID cards

A card with the volunteer’s name, role and your contact number helps the public know who they are dealing with. Add a hole punch so it can go on a lanyard.

Community and residents’ groups

Allotment societies, residents’ associations and community centres can use cards for access, voting at meetings or member discounts with local shops.

Keep costs down

  • Order from 15 cards, so small groups pay only for what they need.
  • Leave dates off if you want to reuse the cards.
  • Use one design for everyone, with names written on a signature panel.

Handling member details

If you print names or numbers, keep a record of who holds each card and follow UK GDPR when storing member information.
