Plasticard prints membership cards in London for clubs, gyms, venues and associations across the UK. This guide covers each step of an order, so you know what to prepare.
1. Choose quantity and card type
Order 15 to 120 cards online, or ask for a quote for more. Choose magnetic stripe, NFC contactless or RFID if your door or till system reads cards. All three cost the same.
2. Decide what is personalised
Will every card be the same, or will each one carry a name, number or barcode? Prepare a spreadsheet of names and numbers if you need personalisation.
3. Prepare the artwork
Supply artwork at 85.6 × 54 mm with bleed, in CMYK. See membership card design ideas. If you need help, our design service can prepare it.
4. Choose features and finish
Add numbering, barcodes, a QR code, signature panel or hole punch. Pick matt or gloss, with optional spot UV.
5. Check the proof
We check your files against our guidelines and send a proof. Check spelling, names, dates and contact details. Nothing is printed until you approve it.
6. Printing and delivery
Cards are printed in full colour and delivered to you, ready to hand out. Delivery is charged separately.
Tips
- Order before your membership renewal period.
- Order a few spare cards for new joiners and replacements.
- Test barcodes with your scanner on the proof stage if possible.
