Credit card size tags are plastic cards at the standard 85.6 × 54 mm size, punched so they can hang from a bag, lanyard or luggage strap. They are big enough for a logo, name and contact details, and tough enough for daily use.
Common uses
- Luggage and bag tags for travel companies and schools
- Lanyard ID cards for staff, volunteers and event crew
- Equipment tags for gyms, tool hire and sports clubs
- Branded gifts for customers and conference delegates
What to print
- Logo and a short message on the front
- Name, number or write-on panel on the back
- Phone number or QR code for lost items
Hole punch options
A round hole suits key rings and luggage loops; a wide slot suits lanyard clips. Place it so it does not cut through text. You can also add a notch.
Personalisation
Add sequential numbering or a barcode so each tag is unique. For named tags, send a spreadsheet with your artwork. See how ordering works.
Smaller formats
If the card is too large to carry, key fobs give the same branding in a smaller size. See key fob sizes.
Options and prices
Options include QR codes, barcodes, numbering, magnetic stripe, signature panel, contactless chips, hole punch, spot UV, and a matt or gloss finish. Every file is checked and proofed, and nothing is printed until you approve the proof.
Cards are sold in packs: 15 for £30, 30 for £45, 60 for £80 and 120 for £160, with 45, 75 and 90 packs in between. Magnetic stripe, NFC contactless and RFID versions cost the same. Prices are for full-colour print from supplied artwork and exclude delivery. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. For larger runs, contact us for a quote.
