Returns Policy

We’ve produced plastic cards and more for some of the biggest brands over the years, here are just a few of them.

At Plasticard UK, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and services, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand there may be occasions when you need to return an item. Below are the details of our Returns Policy:

Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of your order to initiate a return.

Item Condition: To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them, including all original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the safe arrival of your returned item.

Refunds and Exchanges: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will send you a replacement card. Please note that we DO NOT offer refunds.

Sale Items: Sale items can also be returned if they do not meet your expectations. The same return conditions apply to these items.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us by email at theteam@plasticard.uk. Be sure to include your receipt and a brief explanation for the return. Our customer service team will confirm your request and provide guidance on the next steps, followed by a follow-up call.

Lifetime Warranty: Our lifetime warranty follows the same return guidelines. If you discover a defect in your product, please let us know, and we will promptly issue a replacement. However, if an investigation reveals that the return or defect claim is not genuine, we reserve the right to withhold the replacement. Additionally, if the product is lost, your guarantee will be void. Plasticard UK will not be liable for lost products, and a new order will need to be placed if necessary.
